JCRA’s activities provide us with an unrivalled knowledge of availability and pricing across the range of debt structures. In 2003 we started a debt advisory service to provide our clients with the opportunity to utilise this knowledge.
In addition to providing totally independent advice on the viability of alternative forms of finance and banks ability to lend we are able to assist clients in reviewing their borrowing with a view to ensuring they meet ongoing banking covenants.
We have experience in advising on and negotiating debt restructuring with both banks and security trustees.
We have expertise in preparing the cash flow analysis and loan proposal presentation that are paramount to a successful decision-making process and we have the ability to introduce our clients to potential lenders.
