Securitisation
The use of securitisation had become increasingly important to our clients over the past few years, however, from previously advising clients on appropriate terms and securing new debt, our focus has shifted to supporting clients in managing and reviewing loans within securitisations. We are able to provide you with advice on and assist in negotiations with the originating bank and security trustee to maintain existing debt or terminate non-performing loans.
