Bill Bartram is a Director of JCRA having joined the Company in 2004. Prior to this Bill gained a First Class Degree in Investment and Financial Risk Management from City University. Bill heads up the Property Desk in the London office, working for, primarily, property companies and property funds. Bill is also in charge of JCRA’s involvement in the Property Derivatives market.
