Andrew Walsh is based in the Leeds office and is responsible for JCRA's activities in interest rate risk management across the North of England. Andrew joined JCRA in London in 1998 and assumed responsibility for the North of England in 2003. Andrew graduated from the University of Cape Town with a degree in Microbiology (Honours) and Biochemistry.
