    Matthew Waterman is a chartered accountant and MBA, and worked in practice with Ernst & Young for 7 years, both in the UK and USA, before joining Hays plc. Following 5 years at Hays, Matthew moved to Power Europe as European Finance and IT Director. After 10 years in the logistics industry, Matthew moved to Chariot (UK) plc, initially as Finance Director, and subsequently Chief Operating Officer. Matthew joined JCRA as Chief Operating Officer in April 2007.
