John Rathbone founded JCRA in 1989 following a career spent in the treasury and capital markets areas of several banks. Prior to forming JCRA, he was the managing director in charge of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group's global capital markets activities. He is Executive Chairman of all of the JCR operating companies. He advises on structuring hedging solutions for clients in the full range of sectors.
