Inflation risk

Many income streams, and costs, are increasingly linked to RPI. Like interest rates the future level of RPI is uncertain. Lenders and borrowers can be offered certainty by entering into RPI Swaps, and related inflation linked instruments, to provide certainty of incremental cashflow. These instruments are not transparent and therefore market value is difficult to establish. JCRA can price these instruments and therefore negotiate fair pricing for our customers.
