Debt Restructuring
JCRA’s long standing experience in property finance and structured debt provide the team with a unique understanding of the banking market and enable us to both support you in negotiating a loan restructuring with your bank or to undertake the required negotiations on your behalf. We look to review the loan and put together a cashflow so as to approach the bank with a restructuring proposal capable of not only remedying loan breaches but ensuring the loan remains within covenant for the remainder of the term.
