Since 2007 there have been unprecedented changes in the banking market and now more than ever JCRA’s key strengths – up to date knowledge of types of funding available, relative pricing and banks’ ability to lend, combined with the ability to prepare a full banking cash flow - are able to add value to a wide range of projects. For larger funding requirements we are active in putting bank syndicates together to provide debt facilities.
We offer a fully comprehensive service that covers both development and investment finance. This includes the preparation of a banking cash flow, drafting the heads of terms and subsequent negotiations with potential lenders. Additionally, we can provide advice on loan terms that have been sourced by our clients to ensure that they are in line with market comparables. Increasingly we are advising clients on the restructuring and refinancing of both direct and securitised loans and, where required, negotiating with banks on our clients’ behalf.
While the majority of our work has historically been confined to the UK and Europe, we have experience in a wide range of jurisdictions.
